About the role: You will be the glue that brings it all together and delivers value to customers.
Imagine, Deliver and Run leading edge digital solutions with a world class team of digital experts Build client and customer relationships to help elaborate customer personas, journeys and requirements Conduct market and product research to inform digital and innovation trends, best practices and technologies relating to the banking sector Translate UX designs into requirements to develop Epics & User Stories Collaborate with architects, designers and developers in the definition of technical solutions Manage the product backlog across multiple agile teams for sprint and release planning Drive the content for each release iteration in line with product goals Assist with the estimation of timescales, resources and planning to successfully deliver a project.
Own the product vision and roadmap, with a focus on the customer journey and end-user experience About you: A problem solver and Product lover with a growth mindset A candidate with strong agile delivery experience who is willing to adapt as a Product Owner within a Consulting environment A candidate with a background in the financial services/banking domain; mobile banking experience is advantageous A candidate that has experience with customer research, customer journey mapping, and backlog creation and delivery A candidate with top class organisation, problem solving and influencing skills A candidate with strong attention to detail and proven experience in applying relevant policies and procedures to maintain product integrity A skilled communicator who can work effectively across cross-functional teams Someone willing to get stuck in and the job done!
