Role Description: We are seeking an Automation Engineer to manage and maintain automation infrastructure in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Dublin.
Key responsibilities include ensuring cGMP and GAMP compliance, integrating systems with MES/IT platforms, and developing detailed documentation.
The role requires hands-on experience with DeltaV, Emerson Syncade, and OSI PI, along with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in automation system support, change control, and GMP standards.
What you'll do: Design, develop, and maintain automation systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Ensure automation systems comply with cGMP and GAMP standards.
Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and resolving automation issues.
Implement change controls, conduct impact assessments, and manage deviations.
Integrate automation systems with MES and other IT platforms Develop documentation, including validation protocols and reports, to support system lifecycle activities.
??????? The Requirements: ?????? 3+ years of experience in a similar role Degree in Engineering/Computer Science.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Extensive experience in the automation industry within GMP environments.
Hands-on experience with Delta V automation platform and Emerson Syncade.
Manufacturing facility support experience.
Expertise in implementing change controls and investigating deviations.
In-depth knowledge of cGMP and GAMP for automation systems.
Experience with OSI PI, SQL Server, visualization platforms, and IT.
