Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will design and build a demand generation engine that delivers predictable, scalable pipeline growth across their portfolio of businesses.

Desired skills and experience:3+ years of experience in demand, growth or performance marketing.In-depth knowledge and proven track record of successful demand and capture campaign execution with focus on: Linkedin, paid social ecosystem, ad networks, email and SEO.Demonstrate ability to identify industry and sector-specific issues and create compelling, value-added narratives for our target customers.Growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work.Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.Experience working with specific marketing and sales tools, including Hubspot and WordPress.Ability to take the initiative, develop projects individually and work autonomously.Natural curiosity and will to make an impact.A very good understanding of digital data analytics.Highly organised, attention to detail and flexible to changing priorities, as required.Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.Please contact me for a confidential chat at ****** as I would love to hear from you!
