Full-Time $34k to $55k/year Uniform Attire
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice.
As a key member of our dental team, you will provide crucial support to our dentists and dental hygienists, ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care in a welcoming and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with patient care: Prepare patients for procedures by assisting with positioning and preparing necessary dental equipment and tools.Take X-rays: Perform radiographic imaging following established safety protocols.Sterilization & Infection Control: Sterilize and disinfect instruments and dental equipment according to safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized dental operatory.Patient Interaction: Provide comfort and reassurance to patients during procedures.
Educate patients on post-treatment care and preventative oral hygiene practices.Clinical Assistance: Support the dentist during various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, cleanings, and surgeries, ensuring smooth workflow.Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate patient records, including dental charts, treatment plans, and medical histories.Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain dental supplies and equipment inventory, ordering supplies as needed.Administrative Duties: Assist with scheduling appointments and handling patient intake forms as required.RequirementsQualifications: Experience: Previous experience in a dental assistant role is preferred but not required.
Entry-level applicants with relevant training will be considered.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficient with dental equipment and toolsKnowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and radiologyAbility to maintain a calm and compassionate demeanor with patientsStudio Smiles is an equal opportunity employer.
