The Depositary Company provides depositary services to Irish and Non-Irish domiciled funds and is responsible for overseeing funds to ensure that they are managed in compliance with regulatory requirements and the constitutional documents. To fulfill this requirement, the Depositary liaises with Investment Managers, Global Custodians, Prime Brokers, and Administrators on an ongoing basis.
What you'll do: The candidate will be required to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that SEI and its clients are in full compliance with regulatory requirements.Perform compliance and NAV reviews in accordance with the Depositary's policies and procedures.Perform and review daily cash-flow monitoring.Perform asset verification checks.Liaise with the global sub-custodians, administrator, and prime brokers, as required.Participate in new fund launches.Participate in on-site visits to sub-custodians and administrators.Review financial statements, prospectus, and other fund documentation.Meet client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines.Develop and maintain strong business relationships with colleagues.Adhoc tasks/projects as required.What you will bring to the table: A third-level business or finance degree or professional qualification.2 years+ experience in funds administration and/or depositary focused on NAV preparation and/or performance of compliance reviews.Attributes we value: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and manage time to maximize efficiency and meet strict deadlines.Strong oral and written communication skills.Fluency in English (both verbal and written) essential.Individual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities.Positive 'can do' attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented.Team player.Flexible/Adaptable.Someone who will embody our SEI Values of courage, integrity, collaboration, inclusion, connection, and fun.Benefits you can expect: Benefits include healthcare for yourself, your spouse, and any dependents under 18 years old.
