Deputy PEM - Head of Pharmacy Cancer Services (Dublin) Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic leader for Pharmacy Cancer Services to oversee Aseptic Services, Clinical Oncology, Palliative Care, and Clinical Trials.
This role involves implementing best practices, optimising resources, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, monitoring, and governance of Pharmacy Cancer Services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement medicines management policies.
Drive clinical and corporate governance initiatives for safe, effective cancer treatments.
Manage drug expenditure, supply chain, and inventory for cancer services.
Supervise and develop the Pharmacy Cancer team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements: Essential: Registered with PSI, 5+ years in hospital pharmacy (cancer focus), proven management experience.
Desirable: MSc in Clinical Pharmacy or related field, project management expertise.
Competencies: Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
