Experienced Design Engineer - Medical Device Industry We are partnering with a leading company in the medical device sector to recruit an experienced Design Engineer. Key Responsibilities: As a Design Engineer, you will:
Design and develop new medical products.Conduct product and process evaluations and maintain accurate records.Select raw materials, components, and suppliers.Fabricate prototypes and test products.Communicate project progress with customers and Project Managers.Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.Engage in continuous improvement activities for products and processes.Adhere to company Health & Safety requirements.Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.4+ years of experience in a similar role.Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to design and fabrication.Proficiency with high-end CAD systems, ideally SolidWorks.Benefits: Company Pension SchemeHealth InsuranceContinued Professional Development SupportEducational AssistanceAnnual Leave service incrementBike to work schemeSubsidised Sport & Social ClubWorking Hours: Monday to Friday with an earlier finish on Fridays.For more details on this role, feel free to reach out to Emma Cawley
