Your New Company As a Design Liaison, you will be joining a multidisciplinary team in Dublin that has developed a great reputation for its projects and team.
Made up of CSA, M&E, and an architecture team, you will be situated as a key person in the roll-out of projects, working collaboratively on life science and industrial projects based here in Ireland and internationally.
You will have a strong team to work with; however, this role will work closely with the architecture and M&E team for the most part.
Your New Role As a Design Liaison, your role is a new position within the business, dedicated to looking after the client and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
You will be responsible for design-related matters and act as the conduit between the office design team and the client, developing and nurturing that relationship.
Your role will involve attending client meetings, site visits, and working closely with the document controllers and QA teams.
You will manage technical documentation, including maintaining schedules, trackers, and registers.
This position is well-placed to utilize your design and technical knowledge while also becoming client-facing.
Job Requirements This role requires a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience in the Irish construction sector in a design-focused role.
You should be open to working in a multidisciplinary environment and be eager to develop your design coordination skills.
A strong foundation in using BIM and digital design coordination tools is essential.
This is a highly specialized sector, so you should thrive on technical knowledge and design solutions.
