Interacts constructively with employees, managers, and cross-functional peers.Completes compliant documentation and provides solutions to local problems.Works effectively within the teamQuality /Compliance:Complete manufacturing and testing operations as required, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices.Ensures compliance to site level policies and procedures by promptly reporting non-compliance issues to the team leaderPossess a basic understanding of the Quality System, including the Subsystems and is familiar with the Quality System Key processes.Participate and take all trainings and reviews as required on the Electronic Training Management SystemRisk Management: Applies basic Risk Management principles to work.EHS: Complete all activities in a safe manner ensuring that any potential safety issues and areas for improvement are highlighted to team leader.Ensure Environmental procedures e.g., recycling, waste minimization is adhered to, and improvements made where possible.

Previous experience would provide a foundation for the disciplines required for working as a Diagnostic Technologist.
