Digital Experience Manager The Digital Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing Dalatas digital presence across our hotel websites and social media channels, to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.

This role requires a deep understanding of digital channels and user behavior to drive engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
The Digital Experience Manager will manage Dalatas social media agency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital, brand and insights to create cohesive digital experiences that align with Dalatas business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Manage and lead the social media strategy for Dalata to maximise brand recognition and performance.
Project Management: Lead digital projects from conception through to implementation, including website redesigns and new digital initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Establish clear project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
User Experience (UX) and Design: Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
Work closely with developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital experience strategy that aligns with business goals to drive direct bookings via our brand websites.
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Performance Monitoring and Optimisation: Monitor digital channels and platforms to ensure they are functioning as intended and delivering the desired user experience.
Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators from website through to booking engine.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimise the digital experience.
Content Management: Oversee the management of digital content across websites and social media.
Ensure content is aligned with the brands voice, messaging, and objectives.
Collaboration and Communication: Communicate digital initiatives, performance, and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital product management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of digital channels including websites and social media.
Proven experience with UX/UI design principles and practices.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience managing digital projects and working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems.
Familiarity with content management systems (Strapi CMS.)
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is a plus.
