The role is on a full-time, permanent basis with the location in Sandyford, South Dublin - hybrid working with 3 days that can be worked from home.
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing and Paid Ads Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns promoting our organisation's programmes.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a focus on Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, aiming to generate new leads, grow brand awareness, and drive web traffic.
The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage their expertise to create compelling content and optimise user experience.
Job description: Develop and implement comprehensive Meta/LinkedIn ads strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Stay updated on advertising platform algorithms, features, and best practices to optimise campaign performance.
Plan, execute, and monitor ad campaigns across platforms on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
Utilise targeting options and ad formats to reach specific audience segments and maximize ROI.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign KPIs, offering insights for optimisation.
Utilise tools such as GA4 and CRM systems to derive actionable insights.
Use data-driven approaches to continuously improve campaign performance.
Write attractive and concise copy for ads, collaborating with the design team to create compelling creatives tailored to campaign ad formats and guidelines.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives to identify the most effective content.
Required profile: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, with a focus on Meta ads.
In-depth knowledge of Meta and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
PPC and SEO is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation, competent in Google Analytics and Excel.
Experience in email marketing and copywriting for digital campaigns.
Proficient in marketing automation tools and Content Management Systems.
Expert knowledge of working with a CRM.
Successful record of developing and implementing marketing plans, digital media plans, and tactics delivering meaningful customer and revenue growth.
Highly organised with effective planning expertise, strong attention to detail, and project management skills.
