Purpose:The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for owning the corporate website and all associated social & digital channels. Their main focus will be website management as well as planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, consisting of Email, SEO/PPC and social media. This person will own & drive our online presence and build the Compliance & Risks brand online.
The DMM works with Demand and Campaign Specialists to execute campaigns that deliver qualified leads to the business and with Marketing Operations to track & measure the effectiveness of campaign activity online.
The DMM will advise the marketing and Go to Market teams on the best digital channels and tactics to use in order to achieve our MQL goals. They will also act as a digital evangelist updating the team on the latest Google updates and other relevant industry
Responsibilities:KRA1: Website ManagementWebsite Development & SEOOwn the development plan of the website to build new pages, content and functionalityEnsure WordPress updates are managed on an ongoing basisContent ManagementWork with Product Marketing, Demand and Brand/Comms teams to create content calendar & update messaging based on agreed campaign activityManagement and optimization of content across the Corporate Website.Develop a website traffic plan and create goals to meetOptimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usabilityMaintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messagingUpdate and manage company blog, e-newsletter, and social media (including regular posts, news, job listings, etc.)Work with key business stakeholders to devise the following plans & execute on them:Social Media – including Linked, Instagram, YouTube and othersPaid Search – including Google Ads, LinkedIn & BingSoftware Review Sites such as G2, Capterra & SourceforgeSEO/SEM – keyword strategy and analysis to feed into content marketing strategyEmail – email nurtures, email newsletter & all email platformsCreate, maintain, and implement digital marketing calendarKRA 3: Digital Campaign ManagementSupport Campaign Strategy with landing page creation, email design & content promotion via relevant channelsOptimise website content & user flows to ensure high volume of Inbound Leads & Book a Demo requests on the websiteWork with SEO agency to seed content onlineKRA 4: ROI & ReportingMeasure and report on the performance/ROI of all digital marketing activities and the websiteManagement of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster ToolsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required5+ years' experience in digital marketingPreferably based in CorkDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsKnowledge of HTML and CSS idealSolid understanding of PPC, SEO & SEMExcellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practicesHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateExperience with A/B and multivariate testingExperience with website analytics toolsAbility to zoom out and connect the day-to-day work to our larger missionExperience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords & LinkedIn Paid campaignsAnalytical thinker able to get to the bottom of complex issues, draft, test, and optimize solutions while taking care of the day-to-day operative tasks and responsibilitiesUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementThe Perks:A competitive salary, company bonus, health insurance, pension, Annual Leave, company days and service days, wellbeing programme, Employee Assistance ProgrammeStarting off you have a welcome swag pack to your door along with a buddy, top class IT equipment, and a detailed onboarding programmeAn exciting and dynamic role with career development opportunities and progressionThe opportunity to work with a talented and diverse team in an inclusive work environmentA learning culture where continued learning & development is supported and encouragedA flexible environment that promotes wellness and work life balanceCompany Highlights:20-30% YoY revenue growth since 2017Top private equity sponsorship from Luminate Capital Partners70,000+ regulations and standards on the platformA marketing leading retention rate over 95%
