As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of our Omnichannel strategy implementation in the relevant channels for the Irish market. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing content plans through the most appropriate channels and engage our target audiences in alignment with our business/brand objectives.
As part of the Omnichannel Hub team (Austria, BeLux, Ireland, Portugal, Switzerland), your role will also drive synergies across markets to deliver the best Customer Experience & Omnichannel launch excellence for the different countries. The Digital Marketing Specialist is a dynamic position working very closely with the Country roles (e.g., Brand Leads and other local relevant stakeholders) and above market with other Omnichannel Hub team members. The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Omnichannel Operations Lead.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Develop and implement comprehensive content, channel and customer tactics aligned with business priorities and objectives (Key channels: websites, email, paid & social media, Webinars, etc).Support market brand teams to build & optimize campaign journeys for key brands and leverage synergies across markets.Track digital performance (KPIs) and deliver regular reports with recommendations for improvements to business areas. Utilize tagging frameworks and data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in omnichannel operations within different channels.Develop initiatives / pilot new marketing technologies to enhance customer engagement in different channels & leverage learnings for scale up.Work closely with other team members to drive optimal execution of the different Omnichannel initiatives within the market.Provide training and support to in-market brand teams on the effective use of marketing platforms, ensuring maximum utilization of available features.WHAT WE EXPECT Ideally master's degree in marketing/management with a specialization in Digital marketing.3+ years of work experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Pharma industry.Strong experience in omnichannel marketing, showcasing successful campaign execution & delivering KPIs.Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business and key drivers.Familiarity with a variety of marketing platforms, automation tools, and CRM systems: Adobe Marketo, Workfront, Express and Analytics; Salesforce, etc.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage different kinds of conversations with a diversity of internal stakeholders at all levels & with multiple countries, with demonstrated leadership and project management.Fluency in English.If you are a tech-savvy commercial & marketing professional with a passion for optimizing marketing platforms, we invite you to apply for this key role.
