We are hiring a Digital Operations Executive, a role that holds great importance within our Performance Marketing Team.

Your focus will extend to improving the user journey and experience, maximising the efficiency of our marketing activity.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong understanding of marketing and be driven by data.
You will excel at identifying and addressing customer journey breakpoints.
This role also involves managing creative packages, overseeing landing page maintenance and audits, and supporting new customer offers and journey setups, ensuring a seamless user experience and maximizing campaign performance. What you will do Operations: Manage business as usual and new offer packages, including sign posting, re-brands, and layout changes for UK, Europe, LATAM & IBERIA.
Responsible for creative sign-off and keeping the sizes matrix up-to-date for all our brands and products under Core Digital - Performance Marketing.
Landing Pages: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and bi-annual audit of landing pages.
Support migration to new templates and maintain clear documentation of available templates.
New Customer Offers: Participate in the development and updating of new customer offers, including managing tracker IDs and quality assurance.
Journey Setup: Assist in the setup of new customer journeys, including QA and troubleshooting.
Who you are Prior experience in digital operations or performance marketing with a focus on creative management, landing page optimization, and customer journey setup is added advantage.
Strong ability to analyse data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams and departments.
Proactive and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable with digital marketing tools and platforms and content management systems.
