About the RolePurpose: Are you ready to step up and become a Director of Clinical Development Capability & Engagement? You will provide strategic planning and operational execution support to the Head, CD Capability and Engagement. You will deliver on the goals aligned within the overall strategy and vision, leading effective and seamless communication across functions and collaborating with numerous team members and partners.
Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the execution of key strategic capability building plans focused on quality, business value, and agility.Enable an environment that champions sharing and clinical learning across an experienced Clinical Development community.Implement plans on building the capabilities required to attain digital excellence in clinical trials.Collaborate with the Digital, Data, and Technology team; Medical and other supporting functions to inform and implement solutions that increase organizational expertise in priority areas.Work with the Head, CD Capability and Engagement to explore future trends, innovation, and digital advances and integrate them into capability initiatives to drive an effective and engaging learner experience.Take strategic ownership of developing and completing CD communications and organizational change plans to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.Develop and lead essential communications for CD functional-wide initiatives and transformation changes.Your Experience:Master's degree or equivalent in public relations or communications.5 years of experience within the fundamental understanding of Clinical Drug Development.Excellent communication skills that allow for effective interactions at all levels of the organization.Proven track record of navigating and inspiring change within an organization.Strong evidence of critical thinking, problem-solving, and embracing an international and diverse community.Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.
