Job DescriptionThis is a unique combined role that will provide EMEA wide strategic business partnering support to a specific function, lead our generalist HRBPs aligned to Go-To-Market, Corporate & Marketing across EMEA and be the lead on programs and changes that have an EMEA wide impact.
The role provides the opportunity to work with both Global and EMEA based stakeholders, develop solid business partnerships and lead a motivated team of generalist HRBPs that are growing and developing across the region.
It's a newly evolved role so also comes with the opportunity to shape as you go!
What you get to do in this role: Provides EMEA wide strategic business partnering support to a specific client group in EMEA covering strategic and operational support to deliver on the talent strategy/people plan for the respective client groupLeads relevant change programs and initiatives that have an EMEA wide impact ensuring they are delivered successfully from a business and people perspectivePartners with the strategic HRBP Directors in each Go-To-Market Area and Function across EMEA to ensure the triangulation of people support is in place and delivering on Area people plans and initiatives to enable the Area/Function to win in the marketCollaborates and partners and engages in an ongoing feedback loop with all Global People functions to ensure HR programs, practices and policies are fit for purpose and developed and deployed in regionally relevant waysLeads and develops a diverse and inclusive generalist HRBP team that executes on global and local strategic and operational HRBP work, driving scale and consistency where appropriate and ensuring a consistent and brilliant employee experience across the regionActs as the primary escalation point and problem-solver for the team particularly on performance management, reorganisations and employee relations matters, ensuring relevant risk assessment and compliance with local labour laws and company policiesProvides feedback and recommendations on the evolution of the HR operating model.
Driving continuous improvement as we scale, ensuring work is owned in the right places across our Global People teamSupports ongoing feedback, growth and career development for the team by encouraging and enabling all to build skills, develop their careers and reach their full potential at ServiceNowDrives sharing of best practices across the generalist HRBP team to drive scale and continuous improvementQualificationsTo be successful in this role you have: Prior strategic and operational business partnering experience in a fast paced, fast learning environmentExperience in team development/management with strong coaching skills and the aspiration of seeing all the team fulfil their potential at ServiceNowOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including problem solving, collaboration and relationship buildingAbility to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently, and support the team to do the sameAbility to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities, and support the team to do the sameKnowledge of HR programs and processes (e.g., performance management, workforce planning, talent management and employment laws)Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentPossess confidence in handling ambiguous and fluid situations with the ability to challenge respectfully to influence business decisionsGood understanding of cultural and geographical differences and practicesAbility and proven capability to work in a highly matrixed environmentAbility to excel at all levels of the HR "stack" - Strategic, operational, and tacticalCredibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downwardLeverage HR metrics and analytics to drive data informed decision makingAdditional languages relevant to the EMEA region are a plusNot sure if you meet every qualification?
