About the role: The DON will be responsible for the overall management of their 66 bedded South Dublin nursing home near Dún Laoghaire and Dalkey. Accountable for all aspects of care and services to the residents both clinically and operationally, and will assume responsibility for the management of all staff within the nursing home. Ensure all legislative requirements are maintained. Requirements: Candidates must be registered with NMBI - Fully Pinned. Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sound decision-making ability. Level 6 Management / Supervisory Qualification. Candidates must have at least 3 years' experience at management level.
