We are hiring a   Director of Nursing - DON  f or our Nursing Home in Galway.
This job is for someone who wants to join a busy and well-established nursing home group.
The Director of Nursing will play a key role in leading our nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
 Key Responsibilities Ensuring the highest standards of resident care are maintained.
Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Overseeing the smooth operation of the nursing home.
Working collaboratively with other staff members to maintain an environment of respect and support for our residents.
Requirements Live NMBI Pin A proven track record as an ADON/DON or in a similar leadership role within the healthcare sector Strong management and communication skills.
A compassionate approach to elder care.
Ability to step into a leadership role effectively for a temporary period.
