Description: DON required for 151 bed purpose-built nursing home opening Portmarnock .
Roles & Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for management of staff, ensuring care is delivered to a high standard, ensuring all company reports and information that is requested internally are prepared and delivered on time, developing and implementing an appropriate business plan/budget, amongst others.Qualifications Skills & Attributes required:Qualified Nurse with at least 3 years Management experience in the last 6 years in care of the older personPost registration management qualification in health or a related fieldProven track record in healthcare clinical managementExcellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skillsSound decision making ability and results drivenAbility to work well and promote a team environmentWillingness to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the companyIf interested apply directly or contact me at
