Cpl Healthcare is delighted to have partnered with one of Ireland's leading private eye clinics to recruit for a Director of Operations.

Our client provides laser and lens eye surgery across several clinics nationally with medical experts including Ophthalmic Surgeons, Laser Optometrists and medical staff onsite providing exceptional vision correction surgeries.

As Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for operations within the organisation and ensuring regulatory compliance. Central to your role will be responsibility for leading the management team to attain the strategic objectives, vision and ethos of the company and providing day to day leadership and guidance to the management team while overseeing the daily operations of the company.

To be considered for the role, the following criteria will apply: Hold a professional qualification (third level) in a health, and/or management related discipline.A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a healthcare related setting is essential.Extensive experience working in the field of Ophthalmology care delivery.Experience in both Operational work and Project Management.Experience driving the operational side of a business while rolling out a business's strategic objectives.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong negotiating skills.Eligible to work in Ireland.
