Job Description On behalf of our client, an acquisitive investment firm are looking to hire a Director of Property and Asset Management.  The Role:  Develop and execute a property portfolio strategy across the business, to include property acquisition, disposal and re-configuration priorities.  Develop plans to maximise asset and revenue values.  Manage a number of strategic projects to include assigned construction and fit-out contracts of owned and leased properties, the application of efficient and cost-effective procurement procedures, liaising with, and supervising design professionals to projects, managing the design team and ensuring the design services are being met.  Lead a team of in-house property and facilities specialists.  Ad hoc projects as required.  Requirements 7-10 year's experience in property management, asset management, valuations or property finance.  Strong technical and commercial understanding of commercial real estate projects.  Ability to manage strategic projects and lead a team.  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  Benefits For more information or to discuss this opportunity in more detail,contact Niamh Fox at ******  or apply v ia the link below.  Requirements 7-10 year's experience in property management, asset management, valuations or property finance.
