This is a new position that can be based in our Dublin or Waterford office.
Key Objectives of this PositionEnable Supply Chain to deliver world-class performance to support Bausch + Lomb's ambitious strategic growth plans.Drive accelerated change and sustainable impact through the Supply Chain organization.Set standards that drive transparency and efficiency to measurably improve customer service and profitability while managing working capital investment.Lead the establishment of world-class supply chain standards in planning, inventory, transportation, distribution, customer care, and trade compliance.Redesign work through strategic process improvements and use of IT systems and tools.Create a culture of innovation and define and implement the digitization roadmap for the Supply Chain organization.Provide expertise in the use of analytics and data management.Bring outside-in, fit-for-purpose best practices to accelerate change.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead a high-performing global transformational team.Create and implement a Global Supply Chain digital strategy.Drive continuous improvement to optimize inventory management including end-to-end visibility & collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment.Provide expertise in the use of analytics and data, including standard KPIs that are forward-looking and create actionable insight.Ownership of all aspects of item master data including accuracy and timeliness across relevant systems.Provide project management for key Supply Chain initiatives including business integrations to ensure efficient operational execution of projects.Develop strong relationships with key leaders within the business to enhance collaboration and drive value creation.Desired Qualifications and ExperienceAcademic degree in Supply Chain management or other related fields (logistics/ Business / Industrial Engineering).Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.10+ years in supply chain functional management.Extensive experience leading and implementing a supply chain transformation for a large and complex Supply Chain network.Experience in applying Supply Chain maturity models to drive change.Experience of applying outside-in learnings and best practices to drive change.Experience at a regional/global level.Bausch & Lomb is committed to equal employment opportunity and complies with equal employment opportunity laws in effect wherever it operates.
