The successful candidate will have considerable experience proposing, designing and deploying Disaster Recovery, Backup and Storage solutions within Enterprise environments.
Experience in Cyber Recovery, Business Continuity and Data Protection is a real advantage.
This is a client-facing role that will suit someone who wants to move into a leadership role in the medium-term.
Working hybrid from any of our Irish offices you work closely with stakeholders to understand their data protection needs and develop robust strategies to protect data at rest, in transit, and in use.

What will you do? Architect, Design and implement Backup, Storage, DR, Cyber Recovery and Data Protection solutions.Solution scoping and requirement consultation enabling the design and deployments of On-Prem and Hybrid Cloud PlatformsDevelop comprehensive architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and solution documentation.Technical Consultation that will involve running proof-of-concept, proof-of-technology from a Customer planning, documentation, deployment and show-back perspective.Organise and execute workshops, customer presentations and customer stakeholder interviews independently to support pre-sales and project assignments.Support Sales and Pre-sales as Subject Matter Expert for Solution Proposal and customer presentation.Comfortable and confident presenting to customers as well as Industry Events on behalf of Ergo.Initially the role is focused on leading the Implementation and Deployment of Dell PowerProtect Cyber Recovery solutions, with an ability to mentor others.Leadership skills and a willingness to develop into a leadership role over time.Willingness and ability to work within a team with other Infrastructure and Cyber security architects and engineers to deliver effective business outcomesYou should have the following: Excellent technical knowledge of Backup, Storage and Disaster Recovery solutionsExperience in some / all of the following:Dell Cybervault / Data Domain / Avamar / Networker / PowerProtect / Powerstore / Powermax / Powerflex / Veeam / Druva / Commvault / Netbackup / ZertoDell Certifications are a real advantageStrong documentation skills and attention to detail a must for this roleExperience in helping customers design and operationalise disaster recovery and business continuity solutions including full test strategy.Skills, experience and Dell Proven Professional Certifications, in Dell Storage Technologies such as Powerstore, Powermax or Powerflex, technologies a distinct advantageExperience in Private Cloud Virtualization Technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), HCI and exposure to public cloud providers (AWS or Azure)Full driving licence and car is a must for this role
