Dispatch Operator

Keegan Group comprises of Keegan Precast Ltd, Keegan Quarries Ltd & Keegan Calcium Carbonate Ltd. We are a well-established and leading supplier of high quality construction products within Ireland and the UK.
We are looking for a Plant Shipper/Dispatch Co-ordinator for one of our divisions at our Plant, based in Ballycoolin Plant, Millenium Business Park, Cappagh Road, Dublin 11,  D11 P3YR Taking orders & responding to sales enquiries from customers and potential customers.
Coordination of all deliveries and shipping.
Daily management of the plant, ensuring sufficient supply of materials required.
Liaising with the maintenance team to ensure necessary routine and non-routine maintenance is carried out The Ideal candidate will: Have experience working in a busy shipping/dispatch environment** Have good attention to detail, be very organised and be an excellent multitasker Good phone manner and customer service skills.
Have a positive and proactive approach Have good IT skills A good knowledge of Quarry Products would be a distinct advantage.
Full Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
