Divisional Manager | Connacht | Top Specialist Construction Company One of Ireland's reputable offsite specialist Construction Companies Excellent Opportunity to take a lead role within a highly innovative company in Connacht Excellent Package on offer with scope for further career development Oradeo Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Manager to work in Connacht for one of the country's Specialist offsite Construction Companies on a permanent basis. The successful Divisional Manager will be based between Galway and Sligo and will have the opportunity to work on a multitude of specialist projects surrounding the Connacht area.

Responsibilities: Managing the setup of the work processes for the 3D modular factory Managing production from design to install including the factory Selecting contract personnel and agreeing with the MD Developing the strategic programmes for Tender including Design & Procurement (as appropriate) Establishing and developing relationships with external consultants as required Arranging start-up meetings and communicating the initial PEP for all projects Taking the principal responsibility for driving the HSEQS plan in the factory and onsite, for allocated projects Agreeing commencement dates and arranging completion of the contract documents Assisting in the selection and vetting of major S/Cs and suppliers Monitoring cost, risk, administrative procedures and company correspondence Managing relationships with consultants as necessary Communicating with the MDs and advising the contract team on matters such as legal items, industrial relations, safety, environmental, technical and construction items as required Monitoring interim accounts and payments with QS and ACCS Communicating the monthly CVR reports Identifying any potential issues which may lead to additional costs and planning for recovery Monitoring the team performance and approach and ensuring that it is productive and consistent Applying cost-benefit analysis to all activities, estimates and forecasts and overall costs Ensuring that internal control meetings are held at regular intervals Necessary Requirements: Membership of a Professional Institution – such as MCIOB or CEng MICE Planning software proficiency H&S management training CDM/PSCS Awareness CCSS Black Card Appointed person training Degree Over ten years' experience directly in the senior management of 3D modular construction with similar national contracting organisations in the UK and ROI In-depth understanding of the market in which the company operates, including an awareness of competitors and new initiatives Proven finance control/reporting ability
