Supporting the Regional Director of Finance in all areas within Regional Finance in relation to the provision of analysis, reporting on performance of all sites within the Region.
To play a key role in leading the HSE Regional Change Network Team under the support, guidance, and direction of the IFMS Programme Management Team and have responsibility for the regional delivery of the IFMS implementation plan.
This will include supporting the change management and readiness of end users in the adoption of IFMS in the Health Region settings of community, hospital, and regional corporate/national services.
Eligibility Criteria Qualifications and/or Experience(a) Eligible applicants will be those who on the closing date for the competition: The applicant pool for this campaign is restricted to existing HSE staff. Candidates must have at the latest date of application: Experience in change and project management, including experience of using structured change and project methodologies to deliver projects to successful outcomes in a complex environment.Experience leading Change Management Operations in support of large scale process/technology projects and/or other transformational initiatives, and experience delivering change activities across a full implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support) using SAP or similar systems.Experience of working collaboratively cross-functionally within a complex working environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders, as relevant to the role.Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.Experience of previously working on IG1 IFMS implementation is advantageous.HealthA candidate for and any person holding the office must be fully competent and capable of undertaking the duties attached to the office and be in a state of health such as would indicate a reasonable prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service.
