DescriptionThe post of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Mental Health has a pivotal role in the delivery of effective, recovery-oriented integrated care for individuals presenting to the mental health services. While a significant component of the role involves service planning, coordinating, and managing service delivery and resources within the clinical area, the main responsibilities are: quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, clinical practice development, facilitating communication, and professional/clinical leadership.
