Document Controller With a reputation for delivering engineering excellence, innovative processes, sustainability, our Capital Projects Managed Services team specialises in delivering bespoke solutions across the pharmaceutical sector.
We are now seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our on-site managed service project delivery team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project-related documents in accordance with company and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities: * Establish and maintain document control processes and procedures for all project documentation.
* Monitor document control processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
* Ensure all documents are properly named, numbered, version-controlled, and stored in the appropriate location.
* Manage the distribution of documents to relevant project stakeholders, tracking and documenting all changes made.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate document updates.
* Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all documents meet company and client standards.
* Assist in developing and maintaining document control databases and systems.
* Prepare and maintain project document reports for project management and clients.
* Train team members on document control procedures and processes.
Qualifications * Bachelor's degree within a related project management or engineering discipline * Minimum of 6 years of experience in document control, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* High IT proficiency in using document control software and MS Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of document control processes and procedures.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
