Document Controller - West Dublin - €40K To €45K Base

Role:Document Controller Client: Leading Construction Company - Main Contractor Location: West Dublin Salary: €40k to €45k + company benefits (health ins + pension) Report into:Operations Manager Schedule:Mon-Friday / No weekends This is a full-time role with a leading main contractor (Construction) in Dublin.
Great opportunity for long-term career growth Role: Maintain and manage all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
Coordinating with directors, assisting them with all admin queries Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of documentation.
Use document management software to upload, track, and manage documents.
Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory standards.
Experience: 1 year of document control or site admin experience Some construction knowledge would be great but not necessary Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
