My client based in the South Dublin area is looking to recruit a Document Management Administrator for an immediate start. The role in a nutshell: You will be responsible for all the administration for management, commercial, site liaison and general office management. You will manage the company administration, systems and procedures to high standards. The Document Management Administrator ensures the smooth running of the company systems and drives efficiency and quality. Main duties include: Document Management: Organize, store, and retrieve documents efficiently. Document Control: Ensure that all documents are up-to-date and properly controlled. Compliance: Ensure that all documents comply with relevant regulations and standards Version Control: Maintain and track document versions to ensure the latest versions are used. Access Control: Manage permissions and access to documents to ensure security. Document Distribution: Distribute documents as needed. Archiving: Archive old documents in accordance with company policies. Quality Assurance: Review documents for accuracy and completeness. Reporting: Generate reports on document status The ideal candidate will have the following: 3yrs + Document Management experience preferably within the construction or electrical industry. Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook is required. Excellent communication skills Work on own initiative, and also as part of a team Efficient, resourceful and multitasking Excellent time management and prioritisation skills A strong writer and ability to produce high standard of presentation Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place. Therefore, we are unable to consider candidates who do not have full authorisation to work in Ireland. Applications submitted without the necessary visa in place will not be considered.
