Atlantic Facilities & Maintenance Ltd are looking to recruit a full time plumbers and drainage technician, for the Dublin & Leinster areas.
Atlantic has been established since 2011 and are growing year on as we increase our customer base.
We provide reactive and preventive maintenance for our commercial clients in retail and commercial services.
We are looking to employ a field based plumber and drainage technician.
The position is full-time permanent and the hours of work are 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
It is important to note, flexibility around these core hours may be required on occasions, to support the needs of the business.
Overtime is available on top of the base salary.
Person Specification: The successful candidate will be a well presented, professional, customer services orientated and enthusiastic individual.
Be personable & outgoing.
Have proven customer relationship skills.
Have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: Applicants should have knowledge of the following systems: Plumbing and drainage maintenance and repairs Plumbing, drainage and heating systems General Maintenance/Handyman repairs Carry out both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance Servicing of plant room equipment such as boilers, pumps, pressure vessels, calorifiers and their relevant controls Basic electrical wiring and fault finding Some project management skills and compile quotes for future works Ensuring detailed electronic service work reports (via company issued Smart Phone) are submitted for all works completed Assist with all queries regarding quotations and purchasing Ensure compliance at all times with Health and Safety requirements Installation of heating and plumbing systems will also be Required: Plumbing trade qualification with minimum experience required of 3yrs post trade qualified experience Overtime may be required to cover out of hours work Note: The successful candidate will receive full technical and co-ordination support from head office team This vacancy is suitable for Remote/Blended working Sector: construction Career Level Experienced [Non-Managerial] Candidate Requirements Essential Minimum Experienced Required (Years): 5 Minimum Qualification:Level 5 (incl Leaving Certificate/ Leaving Certificate Applied/ Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme) Desirable Ability Skills:Engineering, Interpersonal Skills, Manual, Skilled Trade(s) Competency Skills:Flexibility, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Time Management
