Post: Driver Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (39 hrs per week) Location: Listowel Day Services Roster: Mon,Tues,Thurs,Fri : 08:15 - 17:00 / Wed: 08:15 - 17:15 We are seeking a Driver to join our team, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
The role involves providing safe and reliable transportation for service users to and from the Day Centre, as well as other driving duties as directed by the Centre Manager.
Essential requirements D1 Driver's Licence with current CPC certification. Training in Bus Walk Around and Wheelchair Clamping procedures. Key responsibilities Transport service users with care, ensuring a safe and pleasant journey. Maintain vehicles in excellent condition, reporting issues promptly. Promote safety, adhering to Health & Safety policies and procedures. Engage respectfully and professionally with service users and their families. Maintain confidentiality and complete required records. Participate in training, meetings , and other duties as required.
