As the Warehouse Manager, you will have the chance to develop efficient systems, explore new technologies, and build strong vendor relationships.
Collaborating closely with the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in driving efficiencies through continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing: Managing the Warehouse Team to maintain high-performance levels and implementing improvements where necessary Building and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors, regulatory bodies, and service providers Ensuring excellent delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand Leading people management, including recruitment, performance appraisals, training, and mentoring What we're looking for: Relevant qualification or 3 years of strong experience in a similar role Strong leadership experience with a hands-on approach End-to-end supply chain understanding and strong customer focus Ability to organise workload and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM/ERP/WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits: 25 days of annual leave per annum, increasing with length of service Pension scheme, life cover, and employee assistance programme Active Sports and Social Club for work-life balance Profit Share and personal development opportunities Adecco Ireland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
