MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES With a selective distribution, your voice is always heard at Drunk Elephant and you have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business and be empowered to take accountability for driving your own business. Following Drunk Elephant Philosophy and unique sales techniques and methods of application, you will use your networking skills to recruit new customers and continue to delight existing ones, keeping your goal of exceeding counter sales targets in mind. Partnering closely with your Area Manager, Education and HR, you will draw on your management experience to build and deliver a business plan that will drive KPIs across the team and deliver results.
