We are seeking an experienced and versatile Project Manager to join our Supply Chain Transformation team.
The role requires exceptional leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills to deliver impactful change across a multi-year transformation program.
The successful candidate will lead critical supply chain initiatives, collaborating across functions to deliver sustainable results and build the foundation for long-term operational excellence.

Responsibilities: Project delivery excellence: Responsible for the delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, budget and quality standards are consistently met.
Manage all project activities with vendors, partners, internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and proactive risk and issue management.
Develop and maintain all project documents such as project plan, RACI, risk/issue log, status updates etc.
Be familiar with various project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Digital transformation experience: Have experience in delivering large scale digital projects and technologies that enhance end to end supply chain (desirable) Drive requirements with solution architects, developers and Dunnes IT to ensure seamless delivery of technology changes Change Management: Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
Communicate the case for change effectively, engaging and supporting teams through transitions to minimise disruption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical and operational teams, ensuring shared understanding of goals, challenges, and outcomes.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks proactively, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
Maintain composure in high-pressure situations, finding solutions that balance competing priorities effectively.
Leadership & Ownership: Take full ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder projects, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across teams.
Set clear priorities, maintain focus on critical objectives, and ensure accountability across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Analyse challenges within the supply chain and develop creative, pragmatic solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Understand both immediate project needs and long-term business goals, aligning efforts to support organisational strategy.
Qualifications & Experience Experience managing large scale, complex, multi year projects as a project manager within supply chain, logistics or operations.
Demonstrated success in delivering projects with significant business impact, driving cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Experience delivering high impact projects and helping stakeholders navigate through people, process and technology changes.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distil complex problems into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Attention to details ensuring project documents are delivered to the highest standards Highly organised, with a meticulous approach to planning, prioritisation, and execution.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing at all levels of an organisation.
Background in leading technology implementations or process optimisation projects is highly desirable.
PRINCE 2, PMP or similar project management credentials is highly desirable Be well versed in MS PowerPoint, Excel etc.
