The Job: As an Inbound Customer Care Agent, you will act as the first point of contact for our client's current and potential customers.
You will provide support for queries related to incoming sales, account inquiries, issues, and product questions via phone and email.
Responsibilities: Resolving customer queries, issues, problem-solving, and negotiating in a timely manner over the phone or via emailProviding appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfactionProcessing payments, managing invoice and statement queries, and escalating as requiredMaximizing sales opportunities by identifying and seizing upsell opportunitiesUtilizing language skills by translating and proofreading orders receivedDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with customersWorking towards achieving team service level targetsWhat we look for: Must be fluent in DutchPrevious experience in a customer service role is highly desirable, but full and ongoing coaching and support will be providedWhat's in for you: Working hours: M-F, 8am - 4.30pm; Friday 8am-4pmSalary: 24000 + bonusPermanent contractCareer progressionGreat benefits packageRelocation allowance if outside of IrelandIf you are interested in this role or confident to speak with me about other roles, please send me a direct email to ****** or apply through this link.
