Job Summary : Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure top-notch guest satisfaction.
The Duty Manager will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and supervising staff to maintain a high standard of service.
This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations.
Responsibilities: · Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the hotel · Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently · Supervise staff and provide guidance as needed · Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures · Manage emergencies and ensure the safety of guests and staff · Assist in training and development of staff to enhance service quality Ideal Candidate: Needs experience in Ireland.
