Duty Manager

Highly motivated individual required for Fulltime position for a City Centre Hotel We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills to work as part of the Management Team.
You must be Flexible, have fluent English, Computer Literate with Excellent attention to detail & Organisational Skills.
You must be available to work shifts & weekends (3pm-12.30am & 7am-3.30pm).
This role will involve assisting the Deputy General Manager in the hotel to ensure the highest standard of service is being carried out on a daily basis.
Successful candidate must have previous Hotel experience Responsibilities will include: Daily running of hotel to include bar, C&B, and reception, Overall responsibility for Bar department to include: Ordering Stock taking Employee training Management of all employees and assisting with Performance Management where necessary Complaint handling Skills: Hotel Operations Cashing up Guest relations Benefits: Paid Holidays Meals provided Discounts on home & car insuarnce
