Duty Manager – Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge We have a fantastic new vacancy for Duty Manager in the Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge. Objective of the Role Reporting to & supporting the Operations Manager, the Duty Manager's role is to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during their shift, ensuring that guests have a positive experience and all hotel services are running effectively.

The ideal candidate will know how to manage and work in a team. To present a positive personal image to the customer at all times and the team. Oversee all operations in the hotel. Ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction. Handle customer and employee issues. Requirements: 1-2 years' experience as Duty Manager in a hotel. Standards Driven; particularly in Food & Beverage. Basic knowledge of handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and friendly manner. Clear and effective communication skills to liaise with guests, staff, and management. Good problem-solving abilities, particularly in addressing guest issues and operational challenges. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, as junior DMs often assist in various areas of the hotel. Ensuring that hotel standards are maintained, including cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and staff performance.
