I started in the store when I was 16 on the shop floor.
I conducted a variety of tasks and responsibilities in different departments of the store including the tills, Deli, bakery, online orders, and café.
After completing my degree in Commerce, I started as Duty Manager and have been in that role the past year.
I will be moving to a front of house manager role and am looking forward to the new challenges that this role will bring.

Retail is a brilliant career opportunity as there really is something for everyone.
In today's world there is a lot of pressure on people to go to college and get degrees, which is not a feasible path for everyone.
Retail shows building a reputable career is possible without this, through developing the individual you are with appropriate supports.
