As a Duty Manager within our team here at University Hospital Galway, you will be helping us to deliver our catering services to those requiring the hospital's facilities.

We are looking for energetic and focused people to join our dynamic team. Offering €16.53 per hour and a full-time permeant job What we are looking for from you: To support and supervise the delivery of Patient Food Services across the hospital Ensuring that our teams strive to improve the experience of all patients where they require our services Responding efficiently and accurately to customer feedback regarding products & services and ensuring prompt corrective actions are put in place where required.
Supporting SOP implementation is in place for all aspects of service Monitoring compliance as per Company food safety policies and procedures and legislative requirements Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally Training employees on SOP's and best practices in customer service.

An interest in people and the drive to deliver exceptional service A Strong background in hospitality or catering is essential.
Excellent customer service & time management skills. Knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP. A problem-solving mind and solutions-orientated approach with a flexible can-do attitude. Garda Vetting is a requirement for this role
