What is the Role:The DWP Mobility Support Analyst will support the DWP Mobility Product Owner who is accountable for the end-to-end DWP Surface Laptop and wider mobile device estate strategy.
The analyst will also be an interface between the AIB Business, Partners, and Suppliers.
The key role will work alongside multiple teams, partners, and processes supporting the Mobility devices and will ensure delivery of the infrastructure and continuous quality customer service.
Key Accountabilities:Support the team with asset monitoring and reporting on a monthly basis or as required, including extracting and validating reports through Microsoft Endpoint Manager console, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Supplier inventory.Sourcing quotations, raising & tracking purchase orders through Coupa as required for equipment and peripherals.Engaging with suppliers on stock levels and run rates for break fix on laptops and peripherals.Collation and preparation of status reports and production of timely and accurate minutes/actions of team meetings.Support the collation and preparation of the monthly updates to Digital Workplace Learning portal via MS Teams.Comprehensive tracking and reporting of device compliance status via reports generated by the support provider.
Follow up on leaver returns of bank equipment.Support ad-hoc admin services related to Digital Workplace support team and Evergreen review Board as required, including organisation and co-ordination of Evergreen review Board, Supplier Operational reviews, and raising ad-hoc requests through iRequest.Manage relationships with Business Champions and facilitate monthly check-in calls.What You Will Bring:2+ years in a Service Operations role.Proficient knowledge of MS Office 365.Strong organisational and communication skills.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present information in a structured manner.Demonstrate interpersonal skills, including collaboration and facilitation.Why Work for AIB:We are committed to offering our colleagues choice and flexibility in how we work and live, and our hybrid working model enables our people to balance their time between working from home and their designated office, subject to their role, the needs of our customers, and business requirements.
