My client is an established law firm, looking for an E-Billing Assistant to work alongside the E-Billing Manager, providing billing support across the whole firm.

Please see an overview of the role below; The E-Billing Assistant will be responsible for all activities in the e-billing life cycle, including: Uploading eBills into our eBilling portals/eBilling hub.
Ensuring all eBilling queries are dealt with in a promptly, and professional manner.
Manage rejections accordingly to ensure timely resubmission.
Update third party vendor sites where applicable ie) updating timekeepers and rates.
Coordinate accruals, reporting and budgets and submit to client portals.
Workload management via eBilling inbox.
Ad hoc requests, as and when required.
The successful candidate will ideally have: Knowledge and experience of windows-based packages such as Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Be proficient in using Excel.
Have good numeracy skills.
Have the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills.
Knowledge of computerised billing systems (3E desirable, however not essential as training will be provided).
Previous experience in a finance function and/or a legal environment (desirable, however not essential).
Experience of E-Billing systems/requirements/processes (desirable, however not essential).
