Bulgari is looking for an E-Commerce Director to drive our Ecommerce business & support OmniChannel initiatives for Europe. This individual plays a key role in identifying, developing and implementing ideas and processes that converge to an optimized Sales, user experience and translates into accelerated business growth, while ensuring our brand DNA is upheld at all times. We are looking for a People Manager, that gives vision and drive to an overall team of 25, E-commerce, Sales and Customer Service professionals.
Job ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES & SCOPE Work with the European, local and central teams, to define the Bulgari online marketing strategy & objectives for Europe.Responsible for the growth and continuous enhancement of user interactions and experience on UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain and the international site, with the goal to increase digital penetration of DOS sales. This individual will own E-commerce revenue line and play a role within all levers that drive this business:Responsible for revenue growth leading the Omnichannel team including e-commerce and client services to reach revenue targets.Responsible for identifying emerging trends and developing/implementing innovative digital actions to extend the boutique luxury shopping experience online.Develop online client services promotional, consumer engagement and acquisition strategies.Work in partnership with Marketing on the promotional and activation calendar execution covering KCP and building momentum for non-seasonal months.Measure, analyze and report on the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns, projects, and partnerships.Review design solutions in advance of development, defining content requirements, making recommendations as needed.Provide thought direction for development related content and Improvements to web site operations, functionality, and customer experience.Responsible for website policies and procedures working in collaboration with central team.Key focus on local payment gateways improvements and fraud protection processes.New project/technology adoption: Identify learning objectives and key topics, organize, and ensure all necessary training arrangements, provide/lead individualized and group training workshops.Research and analyze business trends, benchmark sister brands and competition; analyze customer behavior data and activities to identify opportunities & best practices.Collaborate with Digital Production team in Rome to ensure seamless execution for products featured in web content & its communications.Leadership & Management Lead, manage & develop the European Digital Client Advisor sales & Assistant team (Approx. 20 people).Lead, manage & develop the European E-commerce Team (5 people).Responsible for CS KPI sales performance, quality assurance and service level performance.Provide direction for development related to content and customer experience.Develop and propose strategies in collaboration with CRM on online customer initiatives for client development.ProfileQUALIFICATIONS & SPECIAL SKILLS People Management & Leadership is a must.Sales experience and drive, being able to lead a sales team.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Strong sense of accountability, self-drive, and the ability to function independently.Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills (including advanced Excel) with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately through impeccable presentation and communication skills, translating findings into actions that can influence further site developments.Hands-on approach, used to working with limited resources both human and capital.Detail oriented, humble, passionate, driven and a team player.Experience with fashion, luxury, retail and/or lifestyle brands preferred.Foreign language: Italian or French is a plus.
