We are seeking experienced and dynamic Assistant Managers for our centres across Dublin with responsibility for sharing the management duties, including the day to day running of the creche centre and to lead and inspire the staff team with best practice standards.

A minimum of FETAC / QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent A minimum of five years in the childcare field and at least two year of these in a supervisory role within the sector A strong passion for the needs and development of the individual child Full clean EU driver's licence and have access to a vehicle Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following: Ability to liaise with parents, guardians and families and build parental partnership Ability to line manage and supervise a team, supporting their continuous personal development Communicate effectively in a clear and professional manner at all times Manage and project occupancy levels Ability to meet targets and deadlines and manage finances within an allocated budget Have a full understanding off all guidelines as set out by TUSLA.
