Early Years Lead Educator

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), on-site role located in Rathmines Dublin 6, we are looking 1 positions, an Early Years Educator forPreschoolers aged 3-4 years old .
You will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment focused on the holistic developmental needs of the children in your care.
Principle duties include but are not limited to: Developing, planning and leading age-appropriate curriculum and activities for Toddlers Documenting children's progress Effectively communicating with parents, children, and colleagues Qualifications & Skills required for this role: Minimum Level 7+childcare qualification recognized by the DCEDIY is essential.
Experience working in a creche environment is desirablebut training will be given.
Familiarity with Aistear Curriculum and Siolta Quality Framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment for children.
Adequate record-keeping skills, including the ability to maintain accurate progress reports and other required documentation.
Ability to collaborate with other educators and support staff, to ensure the smooth operation of the service in a way that reflects good standards of care and well-being.
Good understanding of verbal and written English is essential Salary and benefits: The salary scale for this position is from €34,320 to €36,400 and is determined on the applicants relevant experience and recognised qualification.
We provide a freshly cooked hot meal daily for staff.
Holiday entitlements are 20; plus 2 bonus days (Christmas Eve and Good Friday) and all 10 bank holidays.
