OUR ROLE As an eCommerce Development Specialist in Royal Copenhagen's DTC team, you will be the technical key user of the content management system (CMS), our CDP and the webstore backend system, and you will ensure that the platform and user journeys are designed and executed in a way which increases visitor engagement and conversion.
In this role, you will be a part of the DTC team and will work closely with the paid performance, analytics and SEO team, other specialist roles in Fiskars and IT in testing, tracking and developing the end-to-end user experience based on brand strategy and business goals.
You will join an international environment and a team with ambitious goals and highly skilled colleagues, where we also prioritize having fun and celebrating our successes. This position is based in Royal Copenhagen's headquarters located in Glostrup, however we will be moving to a new office at Frederiksberg from March 2025. You will be a part of the Royal Copenhagen DTC Team and report to the eCommerce Manager.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT Royal Copenhagen, a part of Fiskars Group Responsibilities: Acts as the technical specialist and key user for the CMS (Sitecore) within the team.Coordinates technical issues and bug fixing together with the team and relevant stakeholders in the organization.Supports the team with relevant reports, analysis and KPI insights.Identifies development needs and ensures system development solutions that fits our user needs in the different systems.Acts as the data driven specialist in our CDP (Bloomreach) to ensure site optimization and personalized experiences that uplift the conversion.Collaborates on MarTech systems and initiatives with relevant stakeholders in the organization.Implements new features and is informed about SAP CC, CDP and CMS development projects.Responsible for QAT of local sites during upgrades and feature rollouts.WHO YOU ARE Personal Qualities, Experience & Knowledge: You have extensive technical skills and a commercial mindset.You have comprehensive interpersonal and influencing skills to enable effective teamwork in a matrix organization.You have a structured and systematic way of working and strong accountability to keep others informed and deliver on time.You are perseverant and self-driven, and you are not giving up easily to find a path to achieve objectives or solve problems.You are proficient in English.
