What you'll be doing: As our eCommerce Lead, you'll be at the forefront of transforming our approach to eCommerce in European markets. You'll shape the digital business and marketing agenda by identifying and capitalizing on evolving opportunities such as quick commerce, social commerce, and marketplaces.
Your main responsibilities will be to: Drive eCommerce growth and engagement across Europe by co-developing go-to-market plans with internal collaborators.Establish proven new initiatives into 'business as usual' alongside Global and Market teams.Collaborate with Marketing/Brand teams to digitally activate brands with eCommerce partners.Foster a test-and-learn approach to accelerate optimization.What you will have: Significant experience in managing eCommerce across all aspects from planning to day-to-day operations.Strong working knowledge of the eCommerce landscape across Europe.Consumer-centric mentality with an ability to understand consumer behavior.Effective communicator who can articulate complex ideas clearly.Proven track record as a change agent driving change effectively.Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate numbers into business outcomes.Able to set ambitious targets and measure their impact on business objectives.Worker Type: Regular
