On behalf of our client in Dublin City Centre, we are hiring a Facilities Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities include managing maintenance staff, coordinating vendor services, implementing safety protocols, and overseeing facility operations, including cleaning, repairs, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement facilities management strategies and procedures.
Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and services.
Liaise with contractors and service providers for facility needs.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
Manage budgets and control expenses related to facilities management.
Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications: Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Relevant certifications in facilities management are a plus.
