Role: EHS Manager
Client: Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Engineering, or related field; 5-7 years in environmental management or a senior equivalent role; detailed knowledge of ISO 14001 implementation; strong understanding of construction waste management, biodiversity, and sustainability legislation; willing to travel across Greater Dublin; Full Driving Licence.
Location: Multiple Sites in Greater Dublin
Salary: €65,000 - €70,000

Reporting into: Senior EHS Manager
Our client, a market-leading residential developer, is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Manager to join their Health & Safety Team in Greater Dublin.
This role is central to driving their environmental strategy, ensuring compliance, fostering sustainability, and improving environmental performance across all sites.
Reporting to the Senior EHS Manager, the Environmental Manager will play a key role in shaping the organisation's environmental agenda and leading proactive measures to deliver continuous improvement.
Leadership and Guidance: Provide expert advice to management and staff on construction-related environmental issues, driving a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.Programme and Initiative Management: Deliver specific programmes, projects, and initiatives aligned with the company's environmental goals and strategies.Compliance Oversight: Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in shaping the regulatory environment through industry engagement.Supply Chain Engagement: Collaborate with vendors and supply chain partners to enhance environmental and sustainability performance.Resource Monitoring: Oversee waste reduction, reuse, and recycling initiatives, ensuring optimal resource use on-site.Legislative Guidance: Monitor emerging legislation and sustainability trends, advising on risks and recommending innovative solutions.Environmental Impact Management: Develop and implement plans for noise, dust, and vibration management, ensuring alignment with best practices and sensitive locations.Sustainability Leadership: Represent our client on industry committees and engage with representative bodies to advance the organisation's environmental objectives.If you're interested or would like to find out more, please apply directly or contact ****** or +353 1 578 9566.
